  1. When and where is Catalyst 2009? 
    Catalyst 2009 will be taking place on 30th-31st March 2009. It will be held in the award winning events and conference centre ‘The Brewery’ in the outskirts of London’s financial districts:

  2. Who should attend Catalyst?
    Catalyst offers strategic information and support to help grow online business across all levels. It’s important to send employees who have the authority and ability to make important decisions about online operational procedures. Much of the information about comparison shopping, search marketing, fraud management, alternative payment vendors, and multi-channel management will come from experts who will be offering real time actionable information.

  3. How many years has ChannelAdvisor been hosting Catalyst? 
    This is ChannelAdvisor’s third annual Catalyst conference.

  4. Is there a charge to attend the Catalyst Conference?
    Yes. The registration fee is based on the date you register. Registration is £149 before 15th December 2008, £199 between 16th December 2008 and 15th February and £249 thereafter. *all pricing promotions end at 11:59pm GMT on the date specified.

  5. Are there discounts available for group bookings?
    Yes. When 3 or more people from the same company register in the same booking, a discount of £49.75 is automatically applied to each registration from that group.

  6. Is there a conference registration deadline?
    There is not a registration deadline but it is a ticket only event and seats are limited so registration will close when capacity is reached. Please register as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

  9. Which ChannelAdvisor partners are sponsoring Catalyst 2009?
    A list of partners is available on the Sponsors Page of the Catalyst website. These sponsors will be available throughout the conference at exhibition booths, roundtables, and session presentations.

  10. Is parking available at the Brewery conference centre?
    There is not parking at the centre itself but there are convenient car parks located nearby at:

    Beech Street (8am to Midnight everyday)
    Finsbury Square (24hrs, Mon-Sat)
    London Wall (24hrs, Mon-Sat)
    Aldersgate Street (24hrs, open everyday)

  11. Is there a charge for WIFI at the venue?
    No the WIFI is throughout the venue and free of charge.

  12. What is the conference schedule?

  13. How should I dress?
    Attire for the conference is business casual.

  14. Will food be provided at Catalyst?
    Yes, food and drinks will be provided during the breaks and lunch on Monday, March 30th and Tuesday, March 31st.

  15. What if I have special dietary needs?
    A special section on the online registration form asks for special dietary requests. If you have already registered and did not fill out this section, please contact Jacqui Bussey at jacqueline.bussey@channeladvisor.com to make arrangements.
