ChannelAdvisor Delivers Access to New Global Sources of Demand with Latest Product Release

E-commerce software company adds support for global Google Shopping, additional marketplaces, Amazon Webstore sites and more 

London, UK – 22 January 2013 – ChannelAdvisor, a leading provider of cloud-based e-commerce solutions that enable retailers and manufacturers to increase global sales, today announced its 2013 Winter Release, introducing support for Google Shopping in Europe and Australia, additional global marketplaces, Amazon Webstore sites and more. The 2013 Winter Release is tailored to offer retailers access to additional sources of global demand as well as greater control over channel sales through multiple platform enhancements.

The Winter Release also introduces support for Google Shopping in the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Australia in anticipation of the Google Shopping transition in February. ChannelAdvisor’s retailers will be well equipped for this coming shift in the search and shopping landscape. Combining the power of ChannelAdvisor’s industry-leading feed management software with reporting and optimisation technology specific to PLAs, this new offering provides retailers a unified platform to manage this important channel.

The 2013 Winter Release enriches ChannelAdvisor’s Marketplaces solution by adding support for Amazon Italy, SHOP.COM, as well as New Zealand’s Trade Me. ChannelAdvisor retailers can now fully integrate with these marketplaces to reach new customers and generate incremental revenue.

ChannelAdvisor also announced its support for Amazon Webstore sites, giving retailers the ability to manage their Amazon Webstore listings and orders using the same process they use for the Amazon Marketplace. The Amazon Webstore Connector synchronises critical data points such as price and quantity while giving the retailer granular control over product placement.

Additionally, ChannelAdvisor’s Winter Release eases the complexity of selling across global borders by allowing retailers to leverage new shipping services such as Amazon’s FBA Export programme to reach international consumers. To assist online retailers in Germany, ChannelAdvisor has translated its Marketplaces, Paid Search and Comparison Shopping solutions into German.
