In this role, Tremaine oversees ChannelAdvisor’s award-winning global services, including account management, professional services, customer support, and customer success.

Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, Thad served as executive vice president of operations and customer support at RegEd, a SaaS provider serving the world’s largest financial services firms, and previously was vice president at Thomson Financial, where he led a team of account managers, trainers and specialists responsible for client retention and sales.
