ChannelAdvisor Platform Named Online Technology Vendor of The Year at Retail Systems Awards

London, UK – 31 October 2012 – ChannelAdvisor, a global e-commerce platform provider that enables retailers to sell more across online channels, has been named Online Technology Vendor of the Year at the Retail Systems awards. The award recognises the success of the robust ChannelAdvisor platform, as used by leading apparel retailer Littlewoods Clearance.

The event, now into its seventh year, looks to recognise excellence and innovation in the field of information technology within the UK retail sector. This award sought to recognise an online technology vendor who excelled in its field and implemented innovative technology into retail organisations during the past year. Judges from Tesco, Thomas Pink and Vendorcom were looking for evidence of how the deployment of the winning company’s technology has led to an improvement in the overall efficiency of a retailer’s operations.

Littlewoods Clearance has been using ChannelAdvisor’s software since 2007 to optimise its performance on channels such as eBay. Littlewoods Clearance has found using the software has increased productivity, boosted sales and provided unparalleled insight and clarity into performance.
