OVERSTOCK.COM AND CHANNELADVISOR ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC ALLIANCE
ChannelAdvisor Complete™ Solution Offers Online Retailers Free Integration to Overstock.com Shopping
Research Triangle Park, NC and Salt Lake City, UT – March 21, 2007 – ChannelAdvisor, the leading provider of channel management solutions (CMS) and Overstock.com (NASDAQ: OSTK), the popular online discount retailer, announced today that the companies have implemented new software systems designed to bring online retailers’ merchandise to Overstock.com by leveraging the ChannelAdvisor Complete™ platform.
ChannelAdvisor Complete is the first channel management solution to fully integrate with Overstock.com, enabling online retailers to list their merchandise and process orders placed on the Overstock.com shopping site from a single interface.
The tight integration of the two offerings will benefit online retailers such as Designer Athletic, a leading online retailer of quality name brand overstocks and closeouts, including footwear, designer apparel, and athletic gear.
