ChannelAdvisor CRM Connector Now Available on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange 2

Online retailers can now deploy ChannelAdvisor’s CRM Connector to fully manage customer interaction including support, transactions and returns within Salesforce CRM

Research Triangle Park, NC – June 3, 2010 – ChannelAdvisor, a solution provider that enables online retailers to improve efficiency and increase revenue, today announced the availability of the ChannelAdvisor CRM Connector on AppExchange 2. The ChannelAdvisor CRM Connector enables online retailers to fully manage customer transaction activity and integrate it with Salesforce CRM to better manage day-to-day business activities. Built using the Force.com platform, the ChannelAdvisor CRM Connector is immediately available for test drive and deployment on AppExchange 2 at www.salesforce.com/appexchange.

“The CRM Connector opens up a new world of possibilities for ChannelAdvisor customers,” said Scot Wingo, ChannelAdvisor CEO. “Retailers will now have the ability to manage full customer communications as well as connect nearly any application in salesforce.com’s AppExchange 2 with ChannelAdvisor’s platform, enabling an unprecedented level of control and visibility into their e-commerce performance.”

By pairing the ChannelAdvisor CRM Connector with Cloud Conversion’s eCommSource, both applications on AppExchange 2, retailers are able to manage all customer service, customer transaction and support operations from a single source, salesforce.com. Any communication with customers via e-mail, live chat, call center and more is tracked and organized within Salesforce CRM, regardless of whether the customer purchased through eBay, Amazon, the retailer’s Webstore or other online channels.

“We get hundreds of inquiries from customers on a daily basis,” said Scott Griggs, president of Trainz.com, an online retailer of collectible trains. “With ChannelAdvisor’s CRM Connector, we now have a streamlined way to consolidate and respond to emails, support cases and eBay questions from our customers, all in one system that supports several marketing channels. We can finally measure our customer service levels.”

“Salesforce.com’s AppExchange 2 is the ideal avenue to partner with other cloud computing companies to provide our customers outstanding value,” said Kendall Collins, chief marketing officer of salesforce.com. “The functionality and visibility the ChannelAdvisor CRM Connector provides in tandem with salesforce.com will create a powerhouse solution for online retailers.”

ChannelAdvisor will be demonstrating its new CRM Connector at the Internet Retailer Conference and Expo in Chicago, Illinois June 9-10, 2010. Visit ChannelAdvisor booth number 501 to receive a demonstration and further information, or visit www.channeladvisor.com/connector.
