Platform Bundle

The ChannelAdvisor Platform includes all modules which includes Comparison Shopping, Flex Feeds, Marketplaces and Search.

Comparison Shopping

ChannelAdvisor’s Comparison Shopping module allows a Customer to manage multiple data feeds to Google, Comparison Shopping engines, or other user-defined destinations from a single interface.  Functionality includes feed creation, feed delivery and management and performance reporting.

The following features are included with a subscription to the Comparison Shopping module:

  • Inventory
  • Comparison Shopping
  • Social
  • Reporting
  • Admin
  • Alerts and Notifications
  • Pixel Tracking
  • Developer Network
  • Limited number of Flex Feeds
  • Access to the Social module

Dependencies
To use the Comparison Shopping module a Customer will need to properly install the tracking pixel functionality, which is necessary to track performance metrics such as GMV.  The Customer will also need to provide product data to ChannelAdvisor using a data feed, API or the user interface.  The Customer is responsible for the setup and maintenance of its accounts with Google, Comparison Shopping Engines, and/or other feed destinations.

Limitations
The Data Feeds module supports product data feeds of up to 1 million products. Flex Feeds are limited to five.

Flex Feeds

ChannelAdvisor’s Flex Feeds module allows a Customer to develop and manage product data feeds to multiple user-defined destinations from a single user interface.

The following features are included with a subscription to the Flex Feeds module:

  • Inventory
  • Flex Feeds
  • Reporting
  • Admin
  • Alerts and Notifications
  • Pixel Tracking
  • Developer Network

Dependencies
To use the Flex Feeds module a Customer will need to provide product data to ChannelAdvisor using a data feed, API or the user interface.  The Customer will also need credentials for each feed destination they wish to manage using ChannelAdvisor.  The Customer is responsible for the setup and maintenance of its accounts associated with any Flex Feeds destinations.

Limitations
The Flex Feeds module supports up to 1 million products.  The Customer is limited to five Flex Feeds and then is subject to overage charges.

Social

ChannelAdvisor’s Social module allows a Customer to promote itsproducts on social network sites using a single user interface.

The following features are included with a subscription to the Social module:

  • Inventory
  • Social
  • Reporting
  • Admin
  • Alerts and Notifications
  • Pixel Tracking
  • Developer Network

Dependencies
To use the Social module a Customer will need to provide product data to ChannelAdvisor using a data feed, API or the user interface.  The Customer will also need to provide access to its accounts at each social network managed using ChannelAdvisor.  The Customer is responsible for the setup and maintenance of itsaccounts with each social network.  Display on social network sites is required to include the ChannelAdvisor logo.

Limitations
The Social module supports the promotion of up to 100 products on a Facebook Brand Page.

Premium Marketplaces

ChannelAdvisor’s Premium Marketplaces module allows a Customer to manage products on multiple marketplaces from a single user interface.  Functionality includes inventory and listing management, order and fulfillment management and performance reporting.

The following features are included with a subscription to the Premium Marketplaces module:

  • Inventory
  • Marketplaces
  • Sales/Fulfillment
  • Reporting
  • Admin
  • Alerts and Notifications
  • Developer Network
  • Limited number of Flex Feeds

Dependencies
To use the Premium Marketplaces module a Customer will need to provide product data to ChannelAdvisor using a data feed, API or the user interface.  The Customer will also need to provide access to its accounts at each marketplace that will be managed using ChannelAdvisor.  The Customer is responsible for the setup and maintenance of itsaccounts with each marketplace.

Limitations
The Premium Marketplaces module supports quantities of up to 250,000 listings on eBay and 350,000  products on Amazon, Buy.com and other supported third party marketplaces.

Paid Search

ChannelAdvisor’s Paid Search module allows a Customer to manage search marketing campaigns across multiple search engines from a single interface.  Functionality includes performance reporting, campaign management, bid management and other advanced tools such as the ability to create keywords automatically from product information.

The following features are included with a subscription to the Paid Search module:

  • Paid Search
  • Reporting
  • Admin
  • Alerts and Notifications
  • Pixel Tracking
  • Developer Network

Dependencies
To use the Paid Search module a Customer will need to properly install the tracking pixel functionality which is necessary to track performance of metrics such as GMV.  The Customer will also need to provide access to itssearch engine accounts.  The Customer is responsible for the setup and maintenance of itsaccounts with each search engine.

Limitations
The Paid Search module supports campaigns of up to 200,000 products with a maximum of 100 ads and 100 keywords for each product.
